About Us

At Pages, Pens & Paws we believe that literacy is more than just reading.  Its about the having the ability to read and write well enough to improve your quality of life.  Studies show that if you miss the opportunity to spark a child's interest in reading, they may never pick it up as a hobby.   And we know that kids who don't read, turn into adults who don't read, and this can put them at a big disadvantage.   Our goal is to bring the fun into reading so that it draws kids in and holds them fast.  By pairing specially crafted books and Animal Assisted Reading Programs together we are creating exciting events.  Public events, schools, libraries, daycares, and more can use these events to kick off a new reading program or even reinforce their own.  Let us help you create that spark!
